Мы продаем новый стиль жизни, энергию и здоровье. В 2026г. наш клуб стал лучшим в городе по версии 2ГИС Главная цель РОП Построить систему, которая работает как швейцарские часы: высокая конверсия, сильная команда, выполнение плана продаж на 100% каждый месяц. Что нужно будет делать: Управлять и вдохновлять: Нанимать, обучать, внедрять систему мотивации и заряжать команду на результат. Строить систему: Оптимизировать воронку продаж, контролировать, внедрять скрипты и стандарты работы. Анализировать: Работать с цифрами (LTV, CAC, конверсии, средний чек) Масштабировать: Разрабатывать и внедрять новые инструменты продаж и акции совместно с отделом маркетинга.
