высшее образование, дополнительное профессиональное образование опыт работы от 2-х лет в смежных областях опыт работы с закупками по 44-ФЗ знание трудового законодательства и иные акты, содержащие нормы трудового права знание основ административного законодательства в области управления персоналом знание основ архивного законодательства и нормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации в части ведения документации по персоналу знание систем и методов оценки персонала знание порядка урегулирования трудовых споров знание организации табельного учета знание основ системы организации контроля за исполнением документов и поручений, порядка работы со служебной корреспонденцией знание основ менеджмента и управления персоналом навыки управленческой и аналитической работы, организаторские способности.
