Организовывать и осуществлять профилактическую работу по предупреждению пожаров на закрепленных объектах Анализировать состояние пожарной безопасности объектов и разрабатывать организационно-технические мероприятия, обеспечивающие пожарную безопасность объектов и приведение их в соответствие требованиям норм и правил пожарной безопасности Осуществлять координацию, оперативное и методическое руководство договорными подразделениями пожарной охраны, контролировать и анализировать их служебную деятельность, готовить предложения по ее совершенствованию Организовывать и участвовать в деятельности по тушению пожаров объектах и в проведении связанных с ними первоочередных аварийно-спасательных работ Организовывать, планировать и осуществлять своевременное исполнение бюджета (услуги и материалы) по отделу пожарной безопасности в соответствии с требованиями и в сроки, установленные нормативными документами Общества, включая проведение своевременного списания основных средств и товарно-материальных ценностей Осуществлять хранение, учет, перемещение и списание основных средств и ТМЦ в соответствии с действующими локально-нормативными актами и действующим законодательством РФ Заключать договора по направлениям деятельности отдела и обеспечивать их своевременное исполнение. На основании заявок от структурных подразделений определять потребность в обеспечении и комплектовании структурных подразделений пожарной техникой, пожарно-техническим оборудованием и первичными средствами пожаротушения

Высшее образование пожарно-технического профиля или среднее специальное образование пожарно-технического профиля Стаж работы в государственной противопожарной службе на должностях среднего или старшего начальствующего состава, руководящего состава иных видов пожарной охраны не менее 3 лет
