Обязанности: - Проводить подбор и адаптацию новых сотрудников. - Разрабатывать и внедрять кадровую документацию и регламенты. - Обеспечивать своевременное ведение личных дел сотрудников. - Организовывать анимацию корпоративной культуры и мотивационных мероприятий. - Контролировать выполнение требований трудового законодательства и внутренней политики предприятия - Обрабатывать документацию по трудовым договорам, отпускным листам и отчетам. - Обеспечивать связь между руководством и персоналом по кадровым вопросам. - Проводить собеседования и оценку эффективности сотрудников. - Обеспечивать ведение деловой корреспонденции и подготовку необходимых отчетов. - Взаимодействовать с государственными органами по вопросам кадрового учета и отчетности. Требования: - Высшее образование и стаж работы по требуемой специальности либо среднее профессиональное образование и дополнительное профессиональное образование-программы профессиональной переподготовки, программы повышения квалификации и стаж работы по профилю не менее 1 года. - Знание и навыки работы программы 1С Зарплата и управление персоналом. - Знание норм трудового, административного, налогового законодательства РФ, законодательных актов по вопросам защиты персональных данных и противодействию коррупции, ведения архивного дела, делопроизводства. - Знать методы и способы управления персоналом, порядок учета движения кадров и составления установленной отчетности, порядок составления прогнозов, определения перспективной и текущей потребности в кадрах, порядок ведения воинского учета военнообязанных граждан и граждан, подлежащих призыв. - Знание требований по делопроизводству и оформлению кадровых документов. - Владение офисными программами (Word, Excel). - Ответственность и внимательность к деталям. - Коммуникабельность и умение вести деловые переговоры. - Навыки организации и планирования работы. - Чистая и аккуратная деловая речь. Условия: - Полный рабочий день. - Официальное трудоустройство, оформление трудового договора в соответствии с ТК РФ. - Оплачиваемый отпуск, больничный. - Полный соцпакет, ДМС, страхование жизни. - Заработная плата: от 80 000 до 94 000 руб. в месяц. - Заработная плата выплачивается 2 раза в месяц без задержек, полные пенсионные отчисления. - По вакансии звонить с 8-00 до 17-00.
