Ведет делопроизводство в бюро медико-социальной экспертизы в системе ЕАВИИАС МСЭ, осуществляет прием заявлений, медицинских и других документов, проводит регистрацию входящей корреспонденции, а также регистрацию и отправку исходящей корреспонденции, обеспечивает порядок контроля за прохождением служебных документов и материалов, Ведет учет получаемой и отправляемой корреспонденции. Формирует запросы, подготавливает документы, медицинские дела к отправке адресатам, и отправляет соответствующие документы. Организует учет и обеспечивает сохранность инструктивно-методической и научной литературы поступающей из экспертного состава в бюро. Отвечает за предварительную запись граждан на медико-социальную экспертизу или консультацию, их своевременный вызов, согласовывая с руководителем бюро МСЭ порядок, дату и время приглашения граждан на заседание комиссии или консультацию в системе ЕАВИИАС МСЭ. Осуществляет вызов граждан на освидетельствование, обеспечивая условия ожидания и приема. Формирует акты и протоколы МСЭ в медицинские дела. Заполняет реквизиты акта и протокола МСЭ, касающиеся общих сведений об освидетельствуемом. Оказывает первую доврачебную помощь. Обеспечивает пополнение по мере надобности аптечки для оказания первой медицинской помощи, следит за контрольными сроками годности лекарственных препаратов. Регистрирует выдачу справок МСЭ инвалидам и пострадавшим, в результате несчастного случая на производстве или профессионального заболевания, в книге учёта выдачи справок. Обеспечивает своевременное направление (в 3-х дневный срок) выписки из акта освидетельствования гражданина, признанного инвалидом в орган, обеспечивающий пенсионное обеспечение.
