The posting

Обязанности: Полный цикл делопроизводства: прием, регистрация и контроль исполнения входящей/исходящей документации (договоры, счета, акты сверки, первичная бухгалтерская документация). Контроль сроков (дедлайнов): мониторинг и напоминание сотрудникам о приближении сроков. Ведение электронного документооборота (сканирование, регистрация в базе, отправка контрагентам). Работа с системой КонсультантПлюс (внутренний поиск нормативных документов по запросам руководителя или менеджеров, формирование подборок). Организация приема посетителей (встреча гостей, чай/кофе), распределение входящих звонков. Обеспечение жизнедеятельности офиса (заказ канцтоваров, воды, контроль работы курьеров и водителей). Требования: Уверенное знание офисного пакета MS Office (Word, Excel — сводные таблицы, Outlook). Знание 1С и системы КонсультантПлюс будет вашим преимуществом! Понимание структуры договоров и первичной документации (счет-фактура, акт, накладная). Высокая грамотность, внимательность к цифрам и датам. Ответственность, дисциплинированность. Условия: Работа в Главном офисе, стабильная компания. Официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ с первого дня, белая заработная плата 40 000 – 45 000 руб. 2 раза в месяц. График 5/2 с 08:30 до 17:30 Испытательный срок 3 месяца.
