Рабочий по комплексному обслуживанию и ремонту зданий: Проводит периодический осмотр технического состояния обслуживаемых зданий, сооружений, оборудования и механизмов, их техническое обслуживание и текущий ремонт с выполнением всех видов ремонтно-строительных работ (штукатурных, малярных, обойных, бетонных, плотничных, столярных и др.); 2.3. Поддерживает в рабочем состоянии инженерные системы зданий. Проводит текущий ремонт и техническое обслуживание систем центрального отопления, водоснабжения, канализации, газоснабжения, водостоков, теплоснабжения, вентиляции, кондиционирования воздуха и другого оборудования, механизмов и конструкций с выполнением слесарных, паяльных и сварочных работ; 2.4. Проводит покос травы на дворовой и прилегающей к учреждению территории; 2.5. Очищает от снега и льда, навесы над входами в здания, водостоки и другие конструкции; 2.6. Обеспечивает закрепление в учебных кабинетах и помещениях ученических досок, стендов, плакатов, мультимедийного оборудования (телевизоров, мониторов и т.п.); 2.7. Участвует в составлении заявок на материалы, приспособления, запасные части, инструмент для осуществления своей трудовой деятельности и обеспечивает их экономное и рациональное расходование; 2.8. Устраняет повреждения и неисправности мебели, дверных и оконных блоков, подоконников, паркетных и линолеумных полов, ливневых водостоков, выявляет причины преждевременного их износа и принимает меры по их предупреждению; 2.9. Соблюдает технологию при выполнении работ, правила эксплуатации и содержания зданий, оборудования, мебели, хозяйственного инвентаря в исправном состоянии; 2.10. Обеспечение бесперебойной и экономичной работы теплосетевых узлов, бойлерных установок. Поддержание температуры в помещениях в соответствии с действующими СанПиН. Выполнение операций по переключениям в тепловых сетях зданий. Выявление и устранение неисправностей в работе оборудования; 2.11. Ведение учета расхода воды, электроэнергии, газа, тепловой энергии и иных видов энергоносителей на основании показаний приборов учета, обеспечение их экономного расходования; 2.12. Выполняет отдельные поручения директора учреждения и заместителя директора по административно-хозяйственной работе; 2.13. Своевременно проходит противопожарный инструктаж и проверку знаний мер пожарной безопасности, производственной санитарии, а также инструктаж по охране труда и технике безопасности.

Дисциплинированность, понимание принципов работы и обслуживания инженерных систем, таких как отопление, вентиляция, электричество и другие. Навыки работы с инструментами и оборудованием, необходимыми для выполнения ремонтных работ. Знание правил и инструкций по технике безопасности и охране труда.
