Наша миссия Наша идеология это вкус к деталям . Для нас это означает высокие стандарты качества, ответственность за результат и уважение к своему делу. Мы ищем техника, который будет поддерживать здания и инженерные системы производственной площадки в исправном и безопасном состоянии. Чем предстоит заниматься контролировать работу систем электроснабжения, водоснабжения, канализации, вентиляции, кондиционирования и холодоснабжения; проводить осмотры и плановое обслуживание инженерных систем; очищать и заменять фильтры, обслуживать вентиляцию и кондиционеры; устранять протечки, засоры и мелкие неисправности сантехнического оборудования; выполнять несложные общестроительные и ремонтные работы; ремонтировать двери, замки, доводчики, мебель, крепления и производственный инвентарь; в пределах квалификации заменять розетки, выключатели, светильники и другие простые электрические элементы; оперативно реагировать на аварийные ситуации и локализовывать неисправности; сопровождать работу подрядных организаций; вести журналы осмотров, обслуживания и ремонта; передавать следующей смене информацию о незавершенных работах и выявленных рисках; соблюдать требования охраны труда, пожарной, санитарной и пищевой безопасности. Что для нас важно среднее профессиональное техническое образование; опыт работы техником по эксплуатации, дежурным техником или дежурным инженером от 3 лет; понимание принципов работы вентиляции, кондиционирования, водоснабжения, канализации и электроснабжения; практические навыки сантехнических, общестроительных и мелких ремонтных работ; преимущество если умеете читать технические схемы и чертежи; ответственность, аккуратность и готовность быстро реагировать на неисправности; понимание границ своей квалификации и соблюдение требований безопасности. Опыт работы на производственном объекте, в торговом центре или крупном офисном комплексе будет преимуществом.
