Обеспечение готовности к занятиям: подготовка учебных мест, стендов, тренажеров, проекторов и наглядных пособий перед началом учебного дня. Учет и сохранность имущества: ведение инвентарных описей, учет выдачи и приема учебных пособий, приборов и макетов оружия. Обслуживание техники: проведение регламентных работ, чистка, мелкий ремонт оборудования, электрических схем и компьютерных классов. Соблюдение безопасности: контроль за соблюдением мер безопасности личным составом во время занятий, ведение журнала инструктажа. Противопожарный и санитарный режим: поддержание порядка в классе, контроль исправности огнетушителей, обесточивание сети по окончании занятий. Развитие учебной базы: изготовление новых наглядных пособий, обновление информационных стендов и совершенствование материальной базы.

Кандидат должен иметь среднее профессиональное (техническое, педагогическое) или высшее образование, уверенно владеть ПК, уметь настраивать мультимедийное оборудование, проекторы, интерактивные доски и локальные сети. Необходимы навыки ведения материального учета, инвентаризации, заполнения формуляров и книг учета имущества, а также знание требований Уставов ВС РФ в части организации внутренней службы и мер безопасности на учебных объектах. Преимуществом является опыт службы в ВС РФ, работы в образовательных организациях или администрирования компьютерных и тренажерных комплексов от 1 года. Кандидат должен полностью соответствовать условиям Федерального закона № 53-ФЗ в части статуса военнообязанного или прохождения службы, находиться в дееспособном возрасте, позволяющем на законных основаниях заключать контракт (или трудовой договор) и не достигшем предельного возраста пребывания на службе или в запасе. Обязательно наличие медицинского заключения или заключения военно-врачебной комиссии о годности к службе или работе с учебно-тренировочными средствами без ограничений, с незначительными ограничениями, либо в статусе ограниченно годного для кандидатов из числа граждан, пребывающих в запасе, чье состояние здоровья позволяет в полном объеме выполнять обязанности по администрированию класса и обслуживанию технических средств обучения.
