Заместитель директора выполняет следующие должностные обязанности: Отвечает за обеспечение выкладки товара в достаточном количестве в полном ассортименте в торговом зале в соответствии с планограммами и правилами выкладки товара в компании; Организует и проводит плановые инвентаризации согласно процедуре, действующей в компании. Гарантирует достоверность подсчета. Представляет корректную информацию по товарному запасу и остаткам товара; Подготавливает и контролирует готовность магазина к открытию; Контролирует и гарантирует наличие ценников на товары в торговом зале и их соответствие штрих-коду продукции и текущей цене в базе 1С; Гарантирует эффективное взаимодействие с покупателями всеми сотрудниками магазина, а именно: консультирование покупателей магазина в торговом зале в вежливой и корректной форме по ассортименту, ценам, основным характеристикам товара; Оказывает помощь и консультацию клиентам магазина согласно стандартам обслуживания, утвержденным в компании. Подключается к решению сложных вопросов с клиентами и регулирует конфликтные ситуации; Способствует выполнению целевых экономических показателей, утвержденных в компании и магазине (Товарооборот, Средний чек, Клиент, Артикул, Списание); Контролирует соблюдение стандартов внешнего вида всеми работниками; Организует работу сотрудников, ежедневно распределяя обязанности и задачи для каждого сотрудника, расставляет приоритеты в выполнении задач, контролирует выполнение и эффективность работы команды; Создает и поддерживает благоприятный социально-психологический климата среди сотрудников магазина;

На должность Заместителя директора магазина назначается лицо, имеющее высшее или среднее профессиональное торговое или экономическое образование со стажем практической работы не менее одного года. Сотрудник обязан знать и соблюдать: Законодательство Российской Федерации в области торговли; Локальные правовые и нормативные акты компании; Правила внутреннего трудового распорядка; Правила и нормы охраны труда; Правила противопожарной безопасности; Средства вычислительной техники, коммуникаций и связи; Основы трудового законодательства; Санитарные нормы и правила на предприятиях розничной торговли; Правила транспортировки, хранения и технологию производства продукции согласно Правилам розничной торговли продовольственными и непродовольственными товарами Умение работать в программах: ЕГАИС, АСТОР, 1С, МЕРКУРИЙ.
