2.1. Проводит научные исследования в области агрономии. 2.2. Изучает и внедряет и внедряет передовые методы возделывания полевых, садовых, огородных культур. 2.3. Разрабатывает производственные планы, виды и количества посадочных культур. 2.6. Организует работу по подготовке почвы к посеву и посадке. 2.7. Разрабатывает мероприятия по приготовлению и внесению удобрений в почву. 2.8. Организует работы по посеву полевых культур. 2.9. Разрабатывает планы (календарные графики по уходу за посевами). 2.10. Выполняет родственные по содержанию обязанности. 2.12. Принимает участие в организации и проведении дней поля и семинаров по пропаганде и распространению сортов с.-х. культур селекции Центра. 2.13.Осуществляет пропаганду и рекламу сортов растений селекции Центра в средствах массовой информации, на научных конференциях и другими возможными методами. 2.14. Выполняет разовые поручения руководства Центра.

Агроном-семеновод должен знать: - Постановления, распоряжения, приказы, другие руководящие и нормативные документы вышестоящих и других органов, касающиеся вопросов сельскохозяйственного производства и производственно-хозяйственной деятельности - Технологию сельскохозяйственного производства и передовой сельскохозяйственный опыт. - Методы проведения научных исследований в области агрономии. - Методы возделывания полевых, садовых, огородных культур. - Основы экономики, организации производства, труда и управления, системы оплаты труда, материального и морального стимулирования, методы нормирования труда. - Основы земельного законодательства. - Законодательство о труде. - Основы экономики, организации труда, сельскохозяйственного производства и управления.
