Разрабатывать (при необходимости) технические задания, ролевые модели, а также дорабатывать иные документы, направленные инициаторами закупок в качестве обоснования начальной (максимальной) цены договора и необходимости инициирования закупочной процедуры; Осуществлять подготовку комплекта закупочной документации, включающей в себя: подготовку проекта договора, обоснование закупки, расчет начальной (максимальной) цены договора, составление протокола начальной (максимальной) цены договора; Оказывать сотрудникам других подразделений консультативную поддержку по вопросам, связанным с осуществлением закупок, давать разъяснения в рамках согласования закупочной документации; Осуществляет первичную проверку и оценку на соответствие условиям договора: первичной документации, содержательных и финансовых отчётов Исполнителей / Подрядчиков. Обеспечивать сдачу указанных документов в профильные подразделения.

Опыт работы в аналогичной должности от 3х лет; Опыт работы в закупках (44-ФЗ, 223-ФЗ или собственное Положение о закупках Организации); Опыт написания технических заданий со стороны инициирующих подразделений (в частности, таких объектов закупок, как: в сфере организации развлекательных и/или просветительских мероприятий); Опыт согласования технических заданий с контрактной службой/отделом закупок, юридическим отделом, финансовым отделом и другими службами Организации; Умение составить на основании технического задания ролевую модель, детализирующую трудозатраты, из которых состоит услуга/работа;- владение навыками проверки представленных коммерческих предложений на предмет завышения цены; Опыт осуществления проверки отчётной документации по заключенным контрактам/договорам: содержательных и финансовых отчётов; Знание основных принципов контрактной системы в сфере закупок; Аналитический склад ума.
