Организация и контроль работы медицинского персонала учреждения при оказании им медицинской помощи населению, а также проверка качества и доступности оказываемой медицинской помощи; Разработка и осуществление проведения мероприятий, направленных на снижение послеоперационной, общебольничной летальности, а также уменьшение послеоперационных осложнений; Осуществление систематического контроля за качеством обследования, лечения и ухода за пациентами путем планового проведения обследования состояния работы специализированных отделений, кабинетов и лабораторий с последующим обсуждением результатов, систематического анализа качественных показателей деятельности лечебно-диагностических структурных подразделений; а также систематического изучения расхождений поликлинических диагнозов с больничными и больничных с патолого-анатомическими; проведения систематических обходов лечебно-диагностических структурных подразделений. Осуществление постоянной проверки медицинских карт пациентов и другой медицинской документации в отношении качества их ведения, правильности и своевременного выполнения врачебных назначений и применяемых методов лечения; Обеспечение правильной расстановки и организации труда медицинских кадров и проведение мероприятий по систематическому повышению квалификации врачебного и среднего медицинского персонала.
