The posting

Осуществлять периодический осмотр технического состояния обслуживаемых зданий, сооружений, оборудования и механизмов, их техническое обслуживание и текущий ремонт с выполнением всех видов ремонтно-строительных работ (штукатурных, малярных, бетонных, плиточных, столярных и др.) с применением страховочных и подъемных приспособлений. Осуществлять контроль за исправностью систем отопления, освещения, вентиляции, водоснабжения, а обнаружив неисправности, докладывает заведующему хозяйством или лицу, его заменяющему, и принимает меры к устранению неисправностей. Выполнять ремонт и техническое обслуживание систем центрального отопления, водоснабжения, канализации, водостоков, теплоснабжения, вентиляции, кондиционирования воздуха и другого оборудования, механизмов и конструкций с выполнением слесарных, паяльных работ. Очищать от снега главный и запасные выходы объектов учреждения. Проводить ремонтные работы зданий. Содержать помещения учреждения в соответствии с правилами пожарной безопасности. Содержать в исправности мебель, сантехнику, состояние электросети. Производить мелкий ремонт столов, стульев, шкафов, меняет розетки, светильники, если они не соответствуют требованиям и не могут быть использованы из-за аварийности.

Рабочий по комплексному обслуживанию и ремонту зданий должен знать: - устройства и правила эксплуатации обслуживаемого оборудования; - основы ремонтно-строительных работ и способы их выполнения; - назначение, устройство и правила эксплуатации обслуживаемого оборудования; -правила технической эксплуатации и ухода за используемым в процессе работы оборудованием, приспособлениями и инструментом; - способы выявления и устранения в необходимых случаях возникающих неполадок текущего характера; - способы выполнения текущего профилактического ремонта здания, оборудования; - порядок действий, направленных на предотвращение аварийных ситуаций; - способы и приемы безопасного выполнения работ; - порядок извещения непосредственного руководителя обо всех недостатках, обнаруженных во время работы; - порядок действий при возникновении аварий и ситуаций, которые могут привести к нежелательным последствиям; - правила безопасности при выполнении ремонтных работ. - правила санитарии и гигиены по содержанию внутренней территории колледжа и территории, прилегающей к колледжу, помещений и др.; - правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты.
