Анализ переписки, проводимой площадками строительства с представителями Заказчика, на предмет выявления проблемных (трудно решаемых) вопросов представителями Заказчика/Инвестора на местах в целях оперативного подключения руководства Компании к решению вопросов. Ведение переписки с представителями Заказчика от имени Кураторов объекта либо Генерального директора Общества. Контроль подписания первичных учётных документов между ООО Велесстрой и Заказчиком (КС-2, КС-3, КС-ба, Соглашений о зачете авансов) на закреплённых объектах строительства. Координация работы ПТО проектов с отделами и службами ЦОК. Контроль за своевременным предоставлением отчетности в ЦОК согласно регламентам и приказам компании. Своевременное и оперативное решение вопросов, возникающих в ходе строительства с представителями Заказчика/Инвестора. Контроль через функциональные отделы подписания представителями Заказчика форм по дополнительным объёмам работ, утвержденных Заказчиком. Выполнение поручений и пунктов протоколов Высшего руководства Общества, кураторов объектов строительства. Взаимодействие с Заказчиком в рамках заключения договора/дополнительного соглашения. Участие в проверке текстовой части Договора с приложениями. Совместно с другими подразделениями, участие в согласовании итоговой редакции Договора. Участие совместно с другими подразделениями Компании в подготовке необходимых документов для участия в тендерах по перспективным проектам, рассмотрение проектов договоров и приложений к ним с подготовкой протоколов разногласий в рамках зоны ответственности ПУ. Ведение переговоров с Заказчиком. Освоение денежных средств по контрактам с Заказчиками. Контроль перечисления денежных средств Заказчиком за выполненные работы, авансовых платежей, гарантийных удержаний и иных оплат по направленным в адрес Заказчика счетам на оплату согласно условий Договора подряда. Подбор, трудоустройство персонала совместно с отделом подбора персонала.

Высшее образование (строительное, техническое или экономическое). Опыт работы в строительстве (в т.ч. в генподряде) от 6 лет на аналогичной должности по взаимодействию с заказчиками/инвесторами. Опыт ведения переговоров и деловой переписки с представителями заказчика. Знание порядка приёма выполненных работ по формам КС-2, КС-3, КС-6а. Понимание механизма зачёта авансов, гарантийных удержаний, условий договора подряда. Опыт работы с договорной документацией (подготовка, согласование, протоколы разногласий). Навыки контроля дебиторской задолженности (отслеживание оплат, авансов). Знание основ тендерной деятельности (сбор документов для участия в тендерах).
