1. Осуществляет руководство деятельностью терапевтического отделения в соответствии с положением об отделении, его функциями и задачами. 2. Планирует деятельность терапевтического отделения, расстановку кадров на рабочих местах, перестановку врачей-терапевтов участковых, своевременную замену заболевших или не вышедших на работу. 3.Утверждает рациональные графики работы врачебного персонала отделения. 4.Планирует и анализирует ресурсное обеспечения деятельности структурного подразделения. 5.Координирует деятельность терапевтического отделения с другими структурными подразделениями, обеспечивает их взаимосвязь в работе. 6.Осуществляет регулярный контроль за работой врачей-терапевтов участковых, в том числе за правильностью поставленных диагнозов, качеством проводимого лечения, своевременным и обоснованным направлением на врачебную комиссию, экспертизу временной нетрудоспособности, обоснованностью направления на госпитализацию больных. 7.Осуществляет контроль за правильностью и своевременностью оформления отрудниками медицинской документации, в том числе в электронном виде, в установленном порядке и предоставлением отчетности по видам, формам, в сроки и в объеме установленных нормативными актами. 8.Обеспечивает и контролирует соблюдение требований должностных инструкций, правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, трудового законодательства, охраны труда, противопожарной безопасности, санитарно-эпидемиологического режима, правил и принципов врачебной этики и деонтологии работниками отделения. 9. Осваивает и внедряет в клиническую практику современные методы диагностики и лечения, направленные на улучшение качества и эффективности медицинской помощи.
