участвовать в осуществлении общего руководства, координации и контроля за деятельностью отдела, направленного на организацию обеспечения прав застрахованных граждан на получение бесплатной своевременной медицинской помощи надлежащего качества и контроля за работой страховых медицинских организаций при обеспечении прав застрахованных граждан на получение бесплатной своевременной медицинской помощи гарантированного объема и надлежащего качества; участвовать в подготовке плана работы отдела и формировать отчетность о его выполнении; участвовать в планировании и проведении проверок деятельности медицинских организаций и страховых медицинских организаций по обеспечению прав застрахованных в системе обязательного медицинского страхования, в том числе в организации ее технической части (информационной составляющей); участвовать в планировании и проведении сотрудниками отдела повторной медико-экономической экспертизы, повторной экспертизы качества медицинской помощи, первичной экспертизы качества медицинской помощи при осуществлении межтерриториальных расчетов в связи с обращением застрахованного лица на качество или доступность медицинской помощи; проведении медико-экономической экспертизы в качестве специалиста-эксперта; участвовать в организации и контролировании работы с устными обращениями граждан, работы Контакт-Центра в сфере обязательного медицинского страхования, участие в проведении аналитической работы и разработки предложений и мероприятий, направленных на обеспечение доступности и повышение качества медицинской помощи; обеспечивать организационно-методическую помощь субъектам системы обязательного медицинского страхования по вопросам экспертной работы и защиты прав застрахованных в системе обязательного медицинского страхования; принимать участие в проведении проверок использования средств обязательного медицинского страхования медицинскими организациями области в рамках своей компетенции в части оказания медицинской помощи надлежащего качества и работы с обращениями застрахованных граждан; организовывать и принимать участие в работе по сбору и анализу информации о деятельности страховых медицинских организаций по защите прав застрахованных;

высшее медицинское образование, стаж работы по врачебной специальности не менее 5 лет и подготовку по экспертной деятельности в сфере обязательного медицинского страхования (144 часа)
