Уборка служебных помещений: выполнять сухую и влажную уборку закреплённых помещений: удалять пыль с мебели, подоконников, плинтусов, радиаторов, дверей, светильников, декоративных элементов; подметать и мыть полы, стены, лестницы, лестничные клетки, вестибюли, коридоры, кабинеты; очищать и мыть оконные рамы, стёкла, дверные полотна и фурнитуру; чистить и дезинфицировать санузлы, душевые, гардеробные, комнаты отдыха и иные помещения общего пользования; освобождать урны от мусора, промывать их дезинфицирующими растворами, заменять пакеты; собирать и транспортировать мусор и отходы в установленные места накопления. Уборка производственных помещений удалять производственную пыль, грязь, остатки сырья, технологические загрязнения с полов, стен, оборудования (в доступных и разрешённых зонах); убирать отходы производства и стружку, собирать их в спецтару и перемещать к месту временного хранения; выполнять локальную очистку участков с повышенной загрязнённостью по заданию руководителя; следить за тем, чтобы уборка не нарушала технологический процесс и требования промышленной безопасности. Контроль и поддержание санитарного состояния: оценивать качество выполненной уборки, при необходимости устранять недочёты; проветривать помещения в установленном порядке; контролировать расход моющих средств и расходных материалов, своевременно сообщать о необходимости пополнения запасов; осматривать закреплённые помещения на предмет неисправностей (протечки, поломки сантехники, повреждения покрытий, освещения и т. п.) и оперативно информировать непосредственного руководителя.

знать правила санитарии и гигиены применительно к убираемым помещениям; уметь применять технологии ручной и (при наличии) механизированной уборки; правильно подбирать моющие и дезинфицирующие средства под тип поверхности и загрязнения; соблюдать инструкции по приготовлению рабочих растворов и безопасному обращению с химией (не смешивать средства, не превышать концентрацию, не использовать просроченные препараты); уметь оценивать качество уборки визуально и устранять недочёты; знать, как действовать при обнаружении неисправностей (сообщить руководителю, не пытаться ремонтировать самостоятельно).
