Выполнять требования лечебно-охранительного режима. Нести сменное дежурство по графику, составленному старшей медсестрой и утвержденному зав. отделением. Участвовать в занятиях по сантехминимуму и других тех.учебах. Перед началом работы ознакомиться с листом надзора за пациентами. Вместе с медсестрой осуществлять приём пациентов в отделение: принять личные вещи, зарегистрировать их в журнале, сложить одежду в индивидуальный мешок; осмотреть на педикулез, остричь ногти; в отсутствии ваннщицы, вымыть поступающего в ванной, выдать постельное и нательное белье. Присутствовать при беседе врача с пациентом, в процедурном кабинете во время инъекций, при выдаче таблеток, сопровождать врача на обходе. Оказывать помощь палатной мед.сестре в проведении различных манипуляций (промывание желудка, постановка клизм). Помогать мед.сестре в уходе за пациентами: следить за их чистотой, сопровождать немощных в ванную, туалет, помогать умываться, одеваться, укладывать в постель, раздевать, раздавать пищу. Требовать от пациентов точного соблюдения правил лечебно- трудового режима отделения, контролировать режим курения. Требования пациентов, не противоречащие правилам (дать пить, поправить постель, сменить обувь, белье) выполнять без оговорки. А просьбы отправить письмо, передать что- то родственникам, довести до сведения мед. сестры. Вместе с мед. сестрой производить регулярный осмотр отделения и личных вещей пациентов на наличие посторонних предметов. В отведенные для свиданий часы присутствовать при свидании пациентов с родственниками, следить, чтобы родственники не расстраивали пациентов, не допускать перекармливания, предупреждать нападения, следить за тем, чтобы пациентам не передавали недозволенные предметы. Перед прогулкой осмотреть прогулочный двор на наличие стекол, гвоздей, проволоки, камней и изъять их. Сопровождать пациентов на прогулку и наблюдать за их поведением во время прогулки. Содержать в чистоте подъездные пути к отделению, прогулочный двор, привлекая к этой цели пациентов, допущенных к трудотерапии. Выполнять требования санэпид- режима: санобработка пациентов, в т.ч. с педикулезом; гигиенический туалет лежачих пациентов; своевременная смена загрязненного белья; влажная уборка палат и других помещений, чистота в прикроватных тумбочках; обработка инвентаря с применением дез. средств; генеральная уборка в закрепленных палатах; ежедневное проветривание палат. Ежедневно помогать пациентам в проведении вечерних гигиенических процедур (мытье ног, подмывание, стирка). Доставлять в лабораторию материал для исследования. Сопровождать пациентов на консультации и дополнительные обследования
