The posting

Обеспечивать технический надзор и контроль за ходом строительно-монтажных работ на объекте. Контролировать соответствие выполняемых работ утвержденной проектно-сметной документации, ГОСТам, СНиПам и техническим условиям. Согласовывать возникающие в ходе строительства изменения проектных решений, оперативно решать вопросы по замене материалов и оборудования. Принимать участие в рассмотрении и согласовании возникающих в ходе строительства изменений проектных решений. Контролировать своевременность и правильность оформления исполнительной документации (актов скрытых работ, исполнительных схем, журналов). Участвовать в проверке объемов и качества выполненных работ, а также в подписании промежуточных актов приемки (КС-2). Проверять качество поступающих на строительную площадку материалов, изделий и конструкций, контролировать наличие паспортов и сертификатов. Координировать взаимодействие между генеральным подрядчиком, субподрядными организациями, проектировщиками и службой заказчика. Выявлять причины, вызывающие задержки или ухудшение качества строительных работ, и принимать меры по их устранению. Участвовать в работе комиссий по приемке строительных объектов и сдаче их в эксплуатацию. Контролировать соблюдение на объекте правил охраны труда, техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности.

Знать законодательство и нормативную базу в области строительства (Градостроительный кодекс РФ, СП, СНиП, ГОСТ ), а также стандарты безопасности. Уметь свободно читать и анализировать проектную, рабочую и сметную документацию любой сложности. Понимать современные строительные технологии, последовательность процессов, свойства материалов и правила эксплуатации строительной техники. Владеть специализированным ПО: AutoCAD / nanoCAD (на уровне уверенного пользователя для проверки чертежей), MS Excel (для работы с таблицами и графиками). Знать требования к составу и порядку оформления исполнительной документации, а также правила приемки работ и конструкций.
