Подготовка оборудования: Осуществление подготовки и наладки мукомольного оборудования перед началом производственного цикла. Контроль технологического процесса: Мониторинг и контроль за ходом технологического процесса от поступления сырья (чаще всего пшеницы) до получения готовой муки. Этот процесс может включать этапы очистки, измельчения, сортировки и другие операции. Регулировка оборудования: Регулирование параметров работы мукомольного оборудования в соответствии с требованиями производственного процесса и стандартами качества. Контроль качества продукции: Оценка качества производимой муки. Это включает в себя проверку степени измельчения, влажности, цвета и других характеристик, чтобы обеспечить соответствие стандартам и требованиям клиентов. Обслуживание оборудования: Проведение регулярного технического обслуживания мукомольных машин и приборов. Оперативное реагирование на возможные сбои или неисправности. Коррекция производственных параметров: Вносит коррективы в параметры производства, если это необходимо, для обеспечения оптимальной производительности и качества продукции. Соблюдение стандартов безопасности: Соблюдение правил и стандартов безопасности при работе с оборудованием и химическими веществами. Управление отходами: Обеспечение правильной обработки и утилизации отходов производства с учетом экологических норм. Отчетность: Ведение отчетности о ходе производственного процесса, выполнении планов и стандартов.
