Осуществлять действия, направленные на получение дохода и ограничивать расходы. Контролировать деятельность других менеджеров для более продуктивных и успешных результатов. Анализировать и применять логистические решения для определения операционных целей в таких областях, как управление запасами, отношения с клиентами, транспортировка и продажи, а также прогнозирование затрат. Интегрировать технологии для улучшения доставки, обработки и распределения товаров. Оценивать потребности компании в персонале и техническом обслуживании оборудования для обеспечения эффективного и безопасного выполнения рабочих процессов. Сотрудничать с подразделениями по внедрению технических систем, улучшающих отслеживание, хранение и распределение запасов. Анализировать и документировать операции для обеспечения безопасных и эффективных процедур утилизации отходов производства, включая переработку или повторное использование материалов в производстве. Проводить консультации с исполнительными менеджерами и акционерами компании для определения оптимальных подходов к улучшению логистики и достижению положительных результатов.

Опыт работы в сфере управления цепочками поставок не менее 5 лет (в розничной торговле)Уверенное владение программами MS Office (Excel: базовые формулы, сводные таблицы).Образование: Высшее степень магистра или бакалавра. Знание иностранных языков: Китайский - C1 - свободно, английский C2 - эксперт. Хорошие навыки устного и письменного общения, в том числе на китайском языке,Умение работать с большим количеством информации и китайскими знаками, Личные качества: ответственность, уверенность в себе, независимость, стрессоустойчивость, пунктуальность, трудолюбие. Опыт проведения презентаций для представителей центральных учреждений на китайском языке. Умение работать с Excel/Word/PowerPoint на высоком/среднем уровне.
