ППС и ПП. Обследование пациентов для определения операционно-анестезиологического риска, установление диагноза органной недостаточности, сбор жалоб, анамнестических сведений, разработка плана обследования. Назначение лечебно-диагностических мероприятий, связанных с подготовкой к наркозу, определение тактики ведения пациента, назначение премедикации. consultant.rudocs.cntd.ru Анестезиологическое обеспечение операций, диагностических и лечебных процедур, требующих обезболивания или мониторинга системы дыхания и кровообращения. Проведение различных видов анестезии (общая внутривенная, ингаляционная, регионарная, многокомпонентная, комбинированная) при операциях в хирургии, урологии, акушерстве и гинекологии, травматологии и других областях у взрослых и детей. Применение миорелаксантов, принудительная вентиляция лёгких маской наркозного аппарата, интубация трахеи . Непрерывный контроль состояния пациента во время анестезии, назначение корригирующей и инфузионно-трансфузионной терапии с учётом возраста, сопутствующих заболеваний, состояния сердечно-сосудистой системы и тяжести состояния. Наблюдение за больным и проведение необходимого лечения в периоде выхода из анестезии и в ближайшем послеоперационном периоде до полного восстановления жизненно важных функций. Проведение неотложных мероприятий при острых и критических состояниях: шоке, ожоговой травме, тяжёлой черепно-мозговой травме, политравме, осложнённом инфаркте миокарда, нарушениях сердечного ритма, гипертоническом кризе, комах неясной этиологии, отравлениях, столбняке, холере, ботулизме, радиационных поражениях и других состояниях. Коррекция водно-электролитных нарушений, кислотно-щелочного состояния, нарушений свёртывающей системы крови . Проведение комплексной сердечно-лёгочной и церебральной реанимации . Катетеризация периферических и центральных вен . Контроль проводимой инфузионной терапии . Также в обязанности может входить организация работы медицинского персонала, ведение документации, проведение противоэпидемических мероприятий при возникновении очага инфекции

Для работы анестезиологом-реаниматологом необходимо: высшее образование по специальности Лечебное дело или Педиатрия; подготовка в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по специальности Анестезиология-реаниматология; либо высшее образование по Лечебному делу или Педиатрии, подготовка в интернатуре/ординатуре по Неонатологии или Нефрологии и дополнительная профессиональная переподготовка по Анестезиологии-реаниматологии .
