Чем предстоит заниматься: курирование клиентско-продуктовой команды с целью достижения плановых показателей общего кредитного портфеля отдела; организация процесса по выполнению плана (KPI) клиентской команды (7 сотрудников), в том числе путем организации эффективной работы подразделения, направленной на достижения общих целей; организация работы каждого сотрудника с целью выполнение индивидуального плана; координирование работы клиентской команды; мотивирование сотрудников клиентской команды; самостоятельный поиск и привлечение клиентов малого, среднего и крупного бизнеса на обслуживание в Банк; проведение переговоров по выявлению потребностей клиентов и возможной структуре рисковых продуктов с учетом требований Кредитной политики Банка и риск-аппетита Банка; взаимодействие со смежными подразделениями Банка и департаментами Головного офиса; взаимодействие с клиентами среднего и крупного бизнеса при организации встреч с продуктовыми / смежными подразделения; сопровождение и продажа всех продуктов клиентам МСБ в зависимости от потребностей клиентов; обучение клиентской команды. Наши пожелания: умение адаптироваться под новые условия и задачи, быстро осваивать новую информацию; умение координировать работу клиентской команды; высокий уровень внимательности к деталям, качество и скорость работы; умение организовать работу команды с целью с целью достижения плановых показателей общего кредитного портфеля отдела; хорошие переговорные навыки, умение слышать и убедить с обоюдной выгодой как для клиента, так и для компании; опыт работы на позиции руководителя свыше 3 лет; наличие опыта по анализу финансово-хозяйственной деятельности; умение отстаивать свою позицию, коммуникабельность, нацеленность на результат; целеустремленность.
