Требуется оператор БПЛА для ведения воздушной разведки, съёмки местности, выявления позиций и маршрутовперемещения. Задача — обеспечить командование достоверными данными в реальном времени, работать в составезвена из 2–3 аппаратов, поддерживать устойчивую связь и соблюдать регламенты безопасности полётов. Разовая выплата — до 4 000 000 ₽. Надбавки за разведывательные вылеты, работу в сложных метеоусловиях, ночные полёты, интенсивную нагрузку. Годовой доход — до 9 200 000 ₽ с учётом всех начислений. Условия: Комплекты БПЛА (разведывательные платформы с оптикой/тепловизором), наземные станции управления,средства связи, навигация, метеостанция. Комплект полевой экипировки, средства защиты, переносные укрытия, аккумуляторы и зарядные станции. Питание, медобслуживание, страхование с повышенным покрытием. Отпуск — 2 недели каждые полгода. Компенсация проезда к месту службы и в отпуск. Задачи: Подготовка аппаратов к вылету: проверка систем, калибровка камер/тепловизоров, загрузка полётныхзаданий. Выполнение полётов по заданным маршрутам, контроль телеметрии, высоты, скорости, запаса энергии. Ведение разведки: поиск объектов, фиксация координат, видео‑ и фотофиксация, передача данных вреальном времени. Работа в составе звена: распределение секторов обзора, поддержание дистанции, взаимное прикрытие зон. Оформление отчётов по вылетам, привязка материалов к карте, подготовка сводок для командования. Обслуживание БПЛА: чистка, замена аккумуляторов, мелкий ремонт, контроль состояния полезнойнагрузки. Участие в учениях по действиям при потере связи, посадке на ограниченной площадке, работе в условияхРЭБ. Требования: Гражданство РФ, возраст до 63 лет. Опыт управления БПЛА либо готовность пройти интенсивную подготовку. Базовые навыки работы с картографией, ГИС, понимание координат и масштабов. Внимательность, стрессоустойчивость, умение чётко следовать инструкциям. Отсутствие судимостей. Соцпакет: Льготная ипотека, жилищные программы. Статус ВБД (при наличии оснований), льготы на обучение.
