- Реализовывать образовательные программы в соответствии с лицензией, контролировать качество учебного процесса и выполнение учебных планов. - Представлять полную и достоверную информацию в отчетах в установленные сроки в ДОСААФ России, председателю регионального отделения. - Управление персоналом и координация работы инструкторов, мастеров. - Предпринимать действенные меры по привлечению населения для обучения в Организации. - Обеспечение технической исправности и готовности автомобильной техники, контролировать состояние и исправность учебно-материальной базы. - Участвовать в организации создания первичных отделений ДОСААФ России и организовывать их работу. - Участвовать в подготовке и проведении общественных мероприятий, направленных на пропаганду деятельности ДОСААФ России и привлечение граждан в члены ДОСААФ России. - Ведение документации и отчетности автошколы. - Обеспечение соблюдения требований безопасности и нормативов обучения. - Взаимодействовать с комплектующими военными комиссариатами по отбору обучающегося состава граждан по ВУС. - Выполнение плана по ВУС.

- Высшее образование; - Опыт работы на руководящих должностях от 3 лет; - Организаторские способности и умение работать с коллективом - Ответственность и внимательность к деталям
