Соблюдает основы законодательства о средствах массовой информации и рекламе, международные и российские кодексы профессиональных и этических принципов в области связей с общественностью. Проводит ежедневный мониторинг информационного поля: СМИ, социальных сетей и других ресурсов. Проводит анализ информации, поступившей из территориальных отделов кадровых центров, необходимой для разработки и осуществления мероприятий информационного сопровождения. Взаимодействует со средствами массовой информации, включая формирование перечня СМИ и журналистов, подготовку и проведение пресс-конференций, подготовку и рассылку пресс-релизов, подготовку комментариев и ответов на запросы СМИ, организацию и подготовку интервью, инициирование публикаций, комментариев, сюжетов в СМИ (печатных, электронных и телерадиовещательных). Участвует в подготовке и проведении брифингов, пресс-конференций, других мероприятий и акций информационно-рекламного характера, проводимых с участием представителей СМИ и общественности. Проверяет достоверность опубликованных сведений о деятельности учреждения. Готовит разъяснительные письма и опровержения. Проводит подготовку к интервью, прямым эфирам, выступлениям руководителя учреждения в средствах массовой информации. При необходимости осуществляет фотосъемку событий (нахождение в нужных точках съемки в нужное время). Бережет сохранность находящихся документов (сведений), ставших ему известными, при выполнении обязанностей.
