2.1.Основные обязанности (трудовые действия, необходимые умения и знания приведены в приложении к настоящей инструкции): 2.1.1. Взятие, прием, предварительная оценка и обработка биологических материалов, приготовление проб и препаратов; 2.1.2. Выполнение клинических лабораторных исследований; 2.1.3. Обеспечение санитарно-противоэпидемического режима медицинской лаборатории; 2.1.4. Ведение медицинской документации, организация деятельности находящегося в распоряжении медицинского персонала; 2.1.5. Оказание медицинской помощи в экстренной форме. 2.2. Кроме того медицинский лабораторный техник обязан: 2.2.1. Осуществлять сбор и утилизацию медицинских отходов; 2.2.2. Осуществлять мероприятия по соблюдению санитарно-гигиенического режима в помещении, правил асептики и антисептики, условий стерилизации инструментов и материалов, предупреждению постинъекционных осложнений, гепатита, ВИЧ-инфекции; 2.2.3. При подозрении или обнаружении у больного признаков инфекционного заболевания немедленно сообщать об этом лечащему врачу, по его распоряжению изолировать пациента и немедленно производить текущую дезинфекцию (генеральную уборку); 2.2.4. Осуществлять осмотр, оценку исправности, комплектности и пригодности СИЗ перед началом работы, информировать кастеляншу о потере целостности выданных СИЗ, загрязнении, их порче, выходе из строя (неисправности), утрате или пропаже; 2.2.5. Производить возврат кастелянше утратившие до окончания нормативного срока эксплуатации или срока годности целостность или испорченные средства индивидуальной защиты, а также в случае увольнения; 2.2.6. Сохранение государственного имущества, в том числе предоставленного для исполнения должностных функций; 2.2.7. Вести необходимую учетную документацию; 2.2.8. Периодически проходить медицинские осмотры; 2.2.9. Соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, техники безопасности, противопожарной безопасности и охраны труда и противоэпидемиологический режим; 2.2.10. Соблюдать общие принципы дресс-кода в учреждении; 2.2.11. Знать основы медицинской этики и деонтологии; 2.2.12. Соблюдение принципов медицинской этики в работе с коллегами, пациентами и их законными представителями; 2.2.13. Соблюдение сроков исполнения поручений непосредственного руководителя; 2.2.14. Информирование непосредственного руководителя о причинах, препятствующих своевременному выполнению поручения; 2.2.15. Исполнение иных поручений непосредственного руководителя, отданных в пределах их полномочий; 2.2.16. Соблюдение врачебной тайны, программы государственных гарантий бесплатного оказания гражданам медицинской помощи, нормативных правовых актов в сфере охраны здоровья граждан, регулирующих медицинскую деятельность.

Особые условия допуска к работе медицинского лабораторного техника: сертификат специалиста по специальности Лабораторная диагностика и (или) свидетельство об аккредитации специалиста по специальности Лабораторная диагностика; прохождение обязательных предварительных (при поступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров (обследований), а также внеочередных медицинских осмотров (обследований); отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью
