Казначейство Сбера — это R D-центр управления активами и пассивами банка. Мы не просто проводим платежи, мы строим математические модели процентного риска, прогнозируем ликвидность на триллионы рублей и оптимизируем трансфертное ценообразование ( FTP ). Наша команда состоит из выпускников лучших технических и экономических вузов страны. Чем предстоит заниматься: математическим моделирование: участие в разработке и калибровке моделей оценки стоимости опционов на досрочное погашение кредитов (Prepayment models) и моделей поведения вкладчиков (Lapses modeling) анализом ALM/Liquidity: расчет показателей разрывов ликвидности ( Gap-анализ ) и гэпа процентной маржи ( NII Sensitivity ) при различных макроэкономических сценариях работой с данными: написание сложных SQL-запросов и скриптов на Python (Pandas, NumPy) для обработки сырых данных о сделках Казначейства; автоматизация сбора метрик из хранилищ данных. стресс-тестированием: помощь в проведении регулярных стресс-тестов капитала и ликвидности по сценариям Банка России и внутренним моделям Шока ценообразованием: поддержка расчетов внутренней ставки фондирования ( FTP ) и кривых доходности под руководством методологов. аналитикой рыночных рисков: мониторинг позиций торгового портфеля, расчет VaR (Value at Risk) и подготовка аналитических записок для комитета по рискам. Мы ждем что, вы: являетесь студентом бакалавриата или магистарутуры технических или финансовых ВУЗов имеете знания финансовой математики: свободное владение концепциями временной стоимости денег ( TVM ), дюрации, выпуклости ( convexity ), понимание производных финансовых инструментов (форварды, свопы, опционы) имеете понимание банковской индустрии. Понимание устройства банковского баланса (Assets vs Liabilities), принципов работы нормативов Базель III/IV, механизмов усреднения обязательных резервов и функционирования денежного рынка владеете навыками программирование на Python, SQL знаете MS Excel на уровне сложных формул и макросов приветствуется умеете использовать нейросети в работе Что мы предлагаем: комфортный современный офис рядом с м.
