The posting

Выполнять сухую и влажную уборку закреплённых помещений (полы, стены, потолки, плинтусы, подоконники, двери, мебель) с применением уборочного инвентаря и техники согласно утверждённому графику. Проводить дезинфекцию санузлов, душевых и мест общего пользования (унитазы, раковины, краны, зеркала, дверные ручки) Подготавливать рабочие растворы моющих и дезинфицирующих средств в соответствии с инструкциями производителя и требованиями охраны труда, контролировать их расход и сроки годности. Собирать, упаковывать и выносить мусор, очищать урны и контейнеры, транспортировать отходы до места временного накопления согласно правилам обращения с отходами. Проверять исправность уборочного инвентаря, техники и сантехнического оборудования на участке, фиксировать неисправности и своевременно сообщать непосредственному руководителю. Или соотвецтвующим лицам на инженер должнстях. Соблюдать требования охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и санитарно-гигиенические нормы при выполнении работ, использовать средства индивидуальной защиты (перчатки, спецодежду). Поддерживать порядок в подсобных помещениях и на местах хранения инвентаря и расходных материалов, вести учёт расходования моющих средств и инвентаря в рамках установленной отчётности.

Готовность пройти инструктаж по охране труда и пожарной безопасности. Наличие (или готовность оформить) медицинской книжки. Аккуратность, исполнительность, соблюдение внутренних регламентов уборки.
