The posting

Обязанности: Организовывать работу по обеспечению подразделений предприятия необходимым инструментом и технической оснасткой, их своевременному ремонту и восстановлению. Определять потребности подразделений в инструменте и оснастке. Участвовать в разработке планов инструментальной подготовки производства, изготовления инструмента и оснастки, составлении заявок на их приобретение. Осуществлять оперативный контроль выполнения инструментальным цехом производственной программы, соблюдения поставщиками договорных обязательств, выполнением заявок на инструмент и материалы для инструментального производства. Анализировать причины преждевременного износа, поломок, повышенного расхода инструмента, условий его эксплуатации. Ведение технической документации и контроль соблюдения норм охраны труда и техники безопасности. И др. согласно должностной инструкции.

Требования: Образование: Высшее техническое образование и стаж работы на инженерно-технических должностях не менее 1 года Должен знать: Знание инструмента, оснастки и принципов их работы. Знание методических правил приемки, ремонта, сдачи выпускаемой продукции. Навыки работы с чертежами, схемами, каталогами запчастей и конструкторской документацией, чертежами, схемами, каталогами запчастей Навыки руководства производственным персоналом Постановления, распоряжения, приказы, методические, нормативные и прочие руководящие материалы по данному производству. Организацию производства, работы и управления, технологию производства. Оборудование и оснастку цеха, технически правильную его эксплуатацию с полной и рациональной загрузкой, безопасные условия труда на нем. Инструкции по технике безопасности, охране труда и промышленной санитарии.
