С 30 ноября 2026 года требуется ведущий специалист по кадрам на период декретного отпуска основного работника. Обязанности: -Готовит проекты документов по вопросам приема, перевода, увольнения, предоставления отпусков, поощрения и применения дисциплинарных взысканий в отношении работников. -Оформляет трудовые договоры, дополнительные соглашения и иные документы в сфере трудовых отношений. - Ведет учет личного состава учреждения в соответствии с унифицированными формами первичной учетной документации. - Оформляет прием, перевод и увольнение работников в соответствии с трудовым законодательством, положениями, инструкциями и приказами директора. - Формирует и ведет личные дела работников, вносит в них изменения, связанные с трудовой деятельностью. - Готовит и оформляет документы, необходимые для назначения пенсий работникам учреждения, а также представляет их в орган социального обеспечения. - Ведет учет предоставления отпусков работникам, осуществляет контроль за составлением и соблюдением графиков очередных отпусков. - Ведет книгу учета движения трудовых книжек и вкладышей в них (в т.ч. электронных), журналы регистрации приема, перевода, увольнения, командировок, предоставления отпусков, дисциплинарных взысканий. - Организовывает хранение кадровых документов. Готовит документы по истечении установленных сроков текущего хранения к сдаче на хранение в архив. -Проверяет табели учета рабочего времени всех структурных подразделений СКБ САМИ ДВО РАН, передает их в бухгалтерию. -Ведет воинский учёт (ведение карточек воинского учёта, направление уведомлений в военкоматы, проведение ежегодной сверки); -Контролирует своевременное оформление приема, перевода и увольнения работников, выдачу справок об их настоящей и прошлой трудовой деятельности. -Выдает направления на медицинский осмотр; -Ежемесячно подает сведения о рабочих местах для трудоустройства инвалидов; - Составляет установленную отчетность по учету личного состава и работе с кадрами. - Изучает причины текучести кадров, участвует в разработке мероприятий по ее снижению. - Обеспечивает учет и хранение трудовых книжек (вкладышей в них), их оформление в соответствии с установленным порядком. -Подготавливает необходимые материалы для квалификационных, аттестационных, конкурсных комиссий и представления работников к поощрениям и награждениям. - Обеспечивает обработку и защиту персональных данных работников в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ. - Обеспечивает соблюдение режима конфиденциальности при работе с кадровыми документами. Штат учреждения - 70 человек. Работа в "1С: Зарплата и управление персоналом", СБИС, ВСЦМ

- Опыт работы в бюджетном учреждении; - Знание порядка оформления отчётности в государственные органы; - Знание воинского учета; - Знание 1С: Зарплата и управление персоналом (ЗУП);
