- подготовка и осуществление мониторинга нормативно-правовых актов по регламентирующей деятельности, своевременное принятие мер по их изменению или отмене; - осуществление внедрения и развития единой системы электронного документооборота делопроизводства в деятельности администрации района и подведомственных учреждениях; - обеспечение формирования электронного правительства и развития информационного общества; - осуществление реализации мероприятий по информационной безопасности и защиты конфиденциальной; - осуществление мероприятий по оказанию муниципальных услуг в электронном виде; - формирование и предоставление сведений в государственной автоматизированной информационной системе Управление по форме №1 МУ Сведения о предоставлении муниципальных услуг (1-МУ ежеквартально); - осуществление работы по обеспечению бесперебойной телефонной связью и Интернет; - осуществление размещение на специализированной технологической площадке компонентов информационных систем (сайт) и развитие официальных сайтов Администрации района и Администраций сельских поселений; - обеспечение своевременного и оперативного размещения на официальном сайте администрации района полной, объективной и достоверной информации о деятельности; - осуществление технического обслуживания, поддержания работоспособности, сохранности и безопасности информационных систем Администрации района; - осуществление контроля монтажа и пусконаладочных работ оборудования специалистами сторонних организаций; - осуществление конфигурации и оптимизации сети и сервера с учетом возможностей Администрации района; - обеспечение интегрирования программного обеспечения управления базами и потоками данных сервера и рабочих станций; - осуществление сетевой безопасности (защита от несанкционированного доступа к информации, просмотра или изменения системных файлов и данных); - организация работы по получению и обновлению электронно-цифровых подписей; - осуществление автоматизированной обработки и защиты персональных данных, а также защиты государственной тайн согласно требованиям законодательства и муниципальных правовых актов; - осуществляет формирование и ведение реестра информационных систем Администрации района; - изучение, анализ новых программных средств, создание информационных систем и подготовка предложений по их использованию; - подготовка планов работы, контроль их выполнения, отчеты о работе по направлениям деятельности; - участие в подготовке обоснованных ответов на заявления, обращения граждан и юридических лиц к администрации района; - ведение электронных баз данных относящихся к обязанностям, обеспечение учета и хранения документов на бумажном носителе и форме электронного документа;
