Создание и оптимизация технологических карт, схем, маршрутов производства, учитывая технические характеристики оборудования, сырья и материалы. Обоснование выбора материалов и оборудования, оценка экономической эффективности предложенных решений. 1 Контроль качества продукции и технологии . Слежение за соблюдением технологических норм и стандартов на всех этапах производства. Контроль качества сырья, промежуточных и готовых изделий, фиксация отклонений и разработка методик их устранения. Обеспечение соблюдения нормативов безопасности и охраны труда. 1 Оптимизация производственного процесса . Выявление и устранение узких мест, предложение путей повышения производительности и снижения затрат. Систематическое изучение и анализ работы оборудования и технологических процессов. Подготовка технической документации . Подготовка инструкций по эксплуатации оборудования.

Нормативно-правовую базу, основы технологической подготовки производства, конструкции и материалы, перспективы технического развития, методы проектирования, оборудование и принципы работы установок и приборов, расчёт экономических показателей, требования, предъявляемые к сырью, материалам, готовой продукции, стандарты качества, специализированное ПО, менеджмент и маркетинг, основы изобретательства. 2 Умения .
