Осуществление закупочной деятельности Учреждения в соответствии с №44-ФЗ; Руководство отделом, контроль работы подчиненных работников; Работа в личном кабинете ЕИС, электронных площадках; Контроль подготовки структурными подразделениями Учреждения пакета документов по закупкам; Подготовка, создание, изменение плана графика закупок Подготовка технических заданий, мониторинг, обоснование НМЦК. Разработка документов для осуществления закупки. Совместная работа с инициаторами закупок; Размещение в единой информационной системе в сфере закупок (ЕИС) извещений об осуществлении закупок, предоставление разъяснений положений извещения об осуществлении закупки. Участие в рассмотрении заявок участников закупок, формирование протоколов комиссии по осуществлению закупок; Заключение контрактов с единственным поставщиком, по результатам проведенных закупок; Внесение в реестр контрактов информации о заключенном контракте, дополнительных соглашениях, информации об исполнении (расторжении) контрактов; Организация приемки товаров (работ, услуг) в ходе исполнения контрактов, контроль за исполнением контрактов. Организация и ведение претензионной работы; Взаимодействие с поставщиками, деловая переписка, подготовка ответов на официальные письма; Составление приказов, связанных с деятельностью отдела;

Стаж работы в сфере закупок (со стороны Заказчика) от 1 - 3 лет; Наличие дополнительного образования по 44-ФЗ; Знание действующего законодательства РФ, знание 44-ФЗ, знание нормативно-правовых актов о контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд; Умение работать в ЕИС, электронные площадки; Опытный пользователь MS Office, знание Excel; Внимательность, коммуникабельность, стрессоустойчивость, готовность работать в условиях многозадачности, инициативность, системный подход; Желательно наличие опыта работы в бюджетном учреждении на руководящей должности.
