Осуществляет работу по организационно техническому обеспечению административно-распорядительной деятельности администрации муниципального образования. Разрабатывает предложения по формированию планов перспективного развития информационных коммуникационных технологий в администрации муниципального образования. Выполняет работы по обслуживанию пользователей локальной сети и техническому обслуживанию компьютерного оборудования и копировально-множительной техники администрации муниципального образования. Контролирует работу оргтехники общего пользования (принтеры, копировальная техника), оперативно принимать меры по ее ремонту и снабжению расходными материалами. Осуществляет перемещения оборудования между сотрудниками администрации. Проводит регламентные работы по уходу за оборудованием и обеспечивать работоспособность или быструю замену техники пользователей. Выполняет работы по проведению анализа, обобщению потребностей структурных подразделений администрации, обеспечение рабочих мест сотрудников компьютерной, копировально-множительной и другой электронной оргтехники. Разрабатывает предложения о качестве, количестве, составу и конфигурации техники, необходимой для автоматизации работы структурных подразделений администрации, и вынесение их на рассмотрение главе администрации, непосредственному руководителю. Проводит мониторинг работоспособности программного обеспечения рабочих станций пользователя, устанавливает, настраивает и обновляет операционные системы, офисные приложения, прочее стандартное программное обеспечение. Следит за наличием и работоспособным состоянием антивирусных систем.
