составление проекта бюджета муниципального образования составление и ведение сводной бюджетной росписи организация исполнения бюджета по доходам и расходам муниципального образования осуществление методологического руководства в области составления проекта бюджета муниципального образования осуществление предварительного, текущего и последующего контроля за исполнением бюджета муниципального образования осуществление управления муниципальным долгом муниципальных гарантий ведение муниципальной долговой книги проверка финансового состояния получателей бюджетных средств на возвратной основе согласование решения налоговых органов об изменении сроков уплаты налогов ведение реестра расходных обязательств осуществление иных бюджетных полномочий в соответствии с Бюджетным кодексом Российской Федерации соблюдение конфиденциальности, обеспечение сохранности и достоверности получаемой и передаваемой информации

Заведующий сектором экономики и финансов должен обладать следующими умениями, которые необходимы для исполнения должностных обязанностей в соответствующей области деятельности и по виду деятельности: - вести муниципальные долговые книги; - проводить анализ исполнения бюджета; - проводить анализ дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности бюджета поселения, -разрабатывать проект бюджета сельского поселения в соответствии с бюджетной классификацией по всем направлениям; - определять нормативы бюджетного планирования; - составлять бюджетные отчетности; - составлять и вести бюджетную роспись; - формировать расходные расписания по главным распорядителям бюджета поселения. Заведующий сектором экономики и финансов должен владеть профессиональными навыками: профессиональные навыки работы в сфере, соответствующей направлению деятельности структурного подразделения; - подготовки проектов муниципальных правовых актов; - выполнения поручений непосредственного руководителя; - взаимодействия с государственными органами, органами местного самоуправления и иными организациями; - эффективного планирования рабочего (служебного) времени; - анализа и прогнозирования деятельности в порученной сфере; - использования опыта и мнения коллег; - владения компьютерной и другой оргтехникой, иметь навыки работы с межведомственной системой электронного документооборота и делопроизводства Дело, а также с другим необходимым программным обеспечением; - выполнения поручений непосредственного руководителя; - ведения делопроизводства; - работы и обращения с персональными данными; -эффективного планирования рабочего (служебного) времени, использования опыта и мнения коллег.
