Консультирование клиентов . Менеджер объясняет заказчикам все тонкости продукта. При этом важно не просто рассказать, что есть в наличии, но и показать, как продукт решит проблему клиента. Отработка возражений . Менеджеру нужно выяснить, в чём заключаются сомнения клиентов, и быстро решить, что с ними делать. Подготовка коммерческого предложения . У каждого заказчика свои задачи и бюджет, и менеджер всегда должен учитывать это. Заключение сделок . Менеджер должен провести клиента по всем этапам оформления сделки, чётко проговорить следующие шаги и обозначить сроки. Постпродажное обслуживание . После завершения сделки работа не заканчивается.

Коммуникативные навыки умение чётко излагать мысли и активно слушать клиента, чтобы понять его потребности и ожидания. Умение вести переговоры умение аргументировать свою позицию и находить компромиссы, выявлять потребности клиента и адаптировать предложение так, чтобы оно максимально соответствовало этим желаниям. Навыки презентации умение выделять ключевые преимущества своего предложения и доносить их до клиента так, чтобы вызвать интерес и желание купить. Аналитические способности анализ данных о рынке, конкурентах и собственных продажах, умение объяснять информацию, прогнозировать результаты на основе исторических данных и текущих трендов.
