- Осуществляет профессиональную деятельность, направленную на сохранение психического, соматического и социального благополучия воспитанников в процессе реабилитации, воспитания и обучения в социозащитных учреждениях. - Содействует охране прав личности в соответствии с Конвенцией о правах ребенка. - Способствует гармонизации социальной сферы учреждения и осуществляет превентивные мероприятия по профилактике возникновения социальной дезадаптации. - Определяет факторы, препятствующие развитию личности воспитанников и принимает меры по оказанию им различных видов психологической помощи. - Оказывает консультативную помощь воспитанникам, их родителям (лицам, их заменяющим), педагогическому коллективу в решении конкретных проблем. - Проводит психологическую диагностику, используя современные технологии, включая информационные, а также цифровые ресурсы. - Проводит психокоррекционную, развивающую, консультативную, профориентационную, психопрофилактическую работу, опираясь на достижения в области педагогической и психологической наук. - Предоставляет психолого-педагогическую информацию по материалам исследовательских работ с целью ориентации педагогического коллектива, а также родителей (лиц, их заменяющих), ближайшего окружения в проблемах личностного и социального развития воспитанников. - Ведет документацию по установленной форме, используя ее по назначению. - Участвует в планировании и разработке развивающих и коррекционных программ реабилитационной деятельности с учетом индивидуальных и половозрастных особенностей воспитанников. - Способствует развитию у воспитанников готовности к ориентации в различных ситуациях жизненного и профессионального самоопределения. - Участвует в формировании психологической культуры воспитанников, педагогических работников и родителей (лиц, их заменяющих), в том числе и культуры полового воспитания. - Консультирует работников учреждения по вопросам развития н/л, практического применения психологии для решения педагогических задач, повышения социально-психологической компетенции воспитанников, педагогических работников, родителей (лиц, их заменяющих). - Оценивает эффективность деятельности педагогических работников и педагогического коллектива, учитывая развитие личности каждого. - Участвует в разработке педагогических, методических советов, других формах методической работы, в подготовке и проведении оздоровительных, воспитательных и других мероприятий, предусмотренных реабилитационной программой, в организации и проведении методической и консультативной помощи родителям (лицам, их заменяющим). - Осуществляет сопровождение семей и детей в учреждении, замещающих семей в пределах своей компетенции. - Обеспечивает охрану жизни и здоровья воспитанников во время реабилитационного процесса. - Выполняет правила по охране труда, антитеррористической и пожарной безопасности. - Выполняет индивидуальные поручения в рамках профессиональной компетенции
