Вакансия компании ЗАКРЫТОЕ АКЦИОНЕРНОЕ ОБЩЕСТВО "БИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ И СИСТЕМЫ" Закрытое акционерное общество «БИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ И СИСТЕМЫ» - фармацевтическая компания, которая уже более двадцати пяти лет следует своей миссии - обеспечить развитие отечественного рынка лекарственных средств, принимая участие в разработке и регистрации новых фармацевтических субстанций. Целью компании является снабжение отечественных производителей лекарственных средств для медицинского применения качественными фармацевтическими субстанциями по конкурентным ценам. Обязанности: - Разработка технологической документации и контроль технологического процесса при промышленном производстве фармацевтических субстанций (ФС) методом химического синтеза; - Выбор типов и форм документов для описания технологических процессов при производстве ФС; - Разработка промышленного регламента, технологических инструкций, инструкций по упаковке ФС; - Разработка стандартных операционных процедур (СОП) для подготовительных операций (проверка материалов, предварительная обработка, загрузка сырья, оценка критических параметров процесса) производства ФС; - Разработка СОП подготовки производственного оборудования к технологической операции (очистка, монтаж, калибровка, стерилизация); - Разработка СОП выполнения технологических операций при производстве ФС; - Разработка СОП контроля процесса производства ФС; - Организация заполнения и обеспечения сохранности технологической документации. Требования: Необходимые знания: - Требования Соглашения о единых принципах и правилах обращения лекарственных средств в рамках Евразийского экономического союза; - Правил надлежащей производственной практики (Решение Совета Евразийской экономической комиссии от 03.11.2016 № 77«Об утверждении Правил надлежащей производственной практики Евразийского экономического союза», Приказ Минпромторга России от 14.06.2013 № 916 «Об утверждении Правил надлежащей производственной практики»); - Фармацевтическая технология в части выполняемых технологических процессов; - Производственная документация на выполняемые операции и процессы; - Характеристики основного технологического оборудования и вспомогательных систем, использующихся в выполняемом технологическом процессе; - Правила эксплуатации технологического оборудования и вспомогательных систем, используемых в выполняемом технологическом процессе; - Образование высшее: химическое, химико-технологическое или фармацевтическое (по специализации «Промышленная фармация»). Условия: - Фактическое место работы: Московская область, город Пущино, ул. Институтская, дом 3, строение 2; - График работы: с 9.00 до 18.00, 5/2, выходные - суббота и воскресенье; - Оформление по ТК РФ; - Возможна компенсация аренды жилья.
