Мы оконная компания, ищем подменного менеджера, который будет обеспечивать бесперебойную работу наших точек продаж в 5 городах. Ваша задача на время выходных и отпусков основных менеджеров подхватывать их работу, чтобы клиенты всегда получали качественный сервис, а у команды был полноценный отдых. Что нужно делать Работать в точках продаж в городах: Бугульма, Лениногорск, Туймазы, Азнакаево, Бавлы 1 раз в неделю выезжать в каждый город и заменять основного менеджера (график выездов согласовывается) Консультировать клиентов по продукции (окна, двери, балконы), оформлять заказы, вести продажи В летний период полная замена менеджеров на время отпусков Поддерживать порядок и стандарты обслуживания в точке продаж График работы 5/2: воскресенье фиксированный выходной, ещё один выходной плавающий в течение недели Разъездной характер работы (5 городов) Что мы предлагаем Обучение с нуля: опыт продаж не обязателен всему научим Служебный автомобиль предоставляет компания (наличие своего авто не обязательно) Официальное трудоустройство Стабильная заработная плата (оклад + мотивация по итогам продаж) Компенсация ГСМ и командировочных расходов Дружная команда и поддержка на всех этапах
