The posting

1. Принимать и контролировать первичную документацию по соответствующим участкам бухгалтерского (бюджетного) учета, подготавливать их к счетной обработке и отражать на счетах бухгалтерского учета в бухгалтерской программе 1С: Бухгалтерия государственного учреждения, ПК Смета-Смарт . 2. Вести бухгалтерский учет имущества, обязательств и хозяйственных операций (учет основных средств, материальных ценностей, результатов хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности, расчетов с поставщиками и т.п.). 3. Формировать в ПК Бюджет-Смарт Про платежные поручения для оплаты поп платежам. 4. Начислять заработную плату и другие выплаты и платежи сотрудникам Учреждения в бухгалтерской программе 1С: Зарплата и кадры бюджетного учреждения, а также начислять страховые взносы с выплат, отражать по счетам бухгалтерского учета в ПК Смета-Смарт . 5. Составлять и передавать статистическую, налоговую (декларации) и прочую отчетность в государственные внебюджетные фонды по электронным каналам связи по месту требования. 6. Вести регистр налогового учета по налогу на доходы физических лиц (НДФЛ). 7. Участвовать в: - составлении бюджетной сметы на текущий и плановый период; - мероприятиях по совершенствованию документооборота; - проведении инвентаризаций имущества, финансовых активов и обязательств; - разработке рабочего плана счетов, форм первичных документов, применяемых для оформления хозяйственных операций, по которым не предусмотрены типовые формы, а также форм документов для внутренней управленческой отчетности; - собраниях и совещаниях, непосредственно связанных с компетенцией бухгалтерии. 8. Подготавливать данные по соответствующим участкам бухгалтерского и бюджетного учета для составления ежемесячной, ежеквартальной и годовой статистической, бюджетной, бухгалтерской и налоговой отчетности, а также для управленческой отчетности. 9. Обеспечивать сохранность бухгалтерских документов, оформлять их в соответствии с установленным порядком для передачи в архив Учреждения. 10. Выполнять работы по формированию, ведению и хранению базы данных бухгалтерской информации, вносить изменения в справочную и нормативную информацию, используемую при обработке данных.
