The posting

Осуществление сбора жалоб, анамнеза и проведение осмотра пациентов на догоспитальном этапе (в т.ч. с установлением предварительного диагноза по МКБ-10 при работе в фельдшерской бригаде). Выполнение врачебных назначений и медицинских манипуляций: регистрация и расшифровка ЭКГ, измерение АД, пульсоксиметрия, термометрия, все виды инъекций, катетеризация вен, зондирование желудка. Проведение экстренной помощи и реанимационных мероприятий: закрытый массаж сердца, ручная и аппаратная ИВЛ, санация верхних дыхательных путей. Обеспечение мониторинга состояния пациента (АД, пульс, ЧД) и транспортировка больных (в т.ч. на носилках) в ЛПУ с оформлением сопроводительной документации. Контроль наличия и комплектности медицинской сумки, аппаратуры и кислорода перед выездом, а также пополнение израсходованных медикаментов в течение смены. Поддержание радиосвязи с диспетчером, информирование о задержках и нештатных ситуациях, а также соблюдение санитарной обработки салона автомобиля.

Среднее профессиональное медицинское образование (специальность Сестринское дело ) и действующий сертификат/аккредитация по специальности. Владение техникой неотложной помощи, навыками инструментальной диагностики (ЭКГ, мониторинг) и манипуляций (инъекции, катетеризация вен, зондирование). Знание стандартов скорой медицинской помощи, основ фармакологии и правил учета медикаментов. Соблюдение врачебной тайны, медицинской этики и деонтологии, психологическая устойчивость. Физическая выносливость, дисциплинированность, умение работать в команде под руководством врача/фельдшера.
