Оформление платежных поручений в учетной системе Общества. Контроль качества поступающих заявок для осуществления платежей. Взаимодействие со структурными подразделениями по вопросам формирования заявок на оплату, соблюдения лимитов, по иным вопросам, находящимся в компетенции Работника. Работа с системами дистанционного банковского обслуживания и казначейского сопровождения Общества в соответствии с полномочиями, определенными организационно-распорядительными документами Общества: проставление электронной подписи, передача платежных поручений, формирование электронных файлов банковских выписок для загрузки в учетную систему Общества, формирование бумажных копий банковских выписок и платежных документов к ним, ведение деловой переписки посредством систем удаленного доступа. Обеспечение соблюдения сроков действия ключей электронных подписей, полномочий владельцев ЭП из числа сотрудников Общества. Взаимодействие с ПАО Россети в рамках работы Единого казначейства по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию Работника, в том числе посредством осуществления операций в автоматизированной системе управления казначейскими операциями. Участие в подготовке и своевременном предоставлении отчетности по установленным форматам и в сроки в соответствии с регламентирующими документами, действующими в Обществе. Участие в автоматизации бизнес-процессов финансового блока, входящим в компетенцию Работника: внесение предложений по доработке существующих учетных систем Общества. Исполнение нормативных актов и ОРД, регламентирующих процессы Общества, в реализации которых участвует казначейство ДФиК.

высшее профессиональное (экономическое, финансово-экономическое) образование; опыт работы по специальности в области финансово-экономической деятельности не менее 2 лет; навыки в области финансового анализа, работы со служебными документами, владения компьютерной и другой оргтехникой; знание компьютерных и профильных программ.
