The posting

Пуск, остановка и регулировка работы котлов. Машинист запускает и останавливает котельные агрегаты строго по инструкциям и технологическим картам, переключает оборудование на резервные линии при необходимости. Контроль параметров работы оборудования. Следит за давлением, температурой теплоносителя, уровнем воды в барабане котла, тягой в топке и другими показателями по контрольно‑измерительным приборам. Регулирование режима горения. Настраивает подачу топлива (газ, уголь, мазут, дрова и т. п.) и воздуха, чтобы обеспечить оптимальное сгорание и нужный тепловой режим. Ведение учёта и документации. Заполняет сменный журнал, фиксирует показания приборов, ведёт учёт расхода топлива, воды, электроэнергии, оформляет отчёты. Осмотр и профилактика оборудования. Проводит регулярные обходы, визуально проверяет состояние котлов, горелок, насосов, трубопроводов, арматуры; выявляет неисправности и устраняет мелкие неполадки. Обслуживание топки и теплообменных поверхностей. Очищает топочные камеры от золы и шлака, участвует в продувке котла, удаляет накипь и загрязнения. Контроль качества воды и участие в водоподготовке. Следит за параметрами питательной и сетевой воды, берёт пробы, следит за дозировкой реагентов (если это входит в зону ответственности). Обеспечение безопасности. Соблюдает правила промышленной, пожарной и электробезопасности, требования охраны труда; знает порядок действий при авариях и нештатных ситуациях. Взаимодействие с другими службами. Передаёт данные диспетчерской службе, сообщает ремонтному персоналу о выявленных дефектах, координирует работу с лабораторией (по пробам воды) и старшим по смене. Подготовка к передаче смены. В конце смены проводит итоговый осмотр, передаёт информацию следующей смене, убеждается, что оборудование работает в штатном режиме.
