Работа с госзакупками: комплексное сопровождение и экспертиза договоров/контрактов в рамках 223-ФЗ, 44-ФЗ и 275-ФЗ (ГОЗ) со стороны поставщика (исполнителя). Договорная работа: разработка, правовая экспертиза и согласование договоров всех видов (поставка, подряд, аренда, услуги); обязательная проверка контрагентов на благонадежность при заключении сделок. Претензионная работа: ведение досудебного урегулирования споров, урегулирование разногласий как с поставщиками, так и с покупателями. Судебная работа: полное ведение и сопровождение судебных споров во всех инстанциях на территории РФ и в зарубежных юрисдикциях при необходимости. Исполнительное производство: эффективное взаимодействие со службами судебных приставов (ФССП), контроль движения исполнительных производств. Банкротство: юридическое сопровождение процедур несостоятельности (банкротства) со стороны кредитора для защиты финансовых интересов компании. Управление имуществом: ведение и правовое оформление вопросов, связанных с недвижимостью и земельными участками предприятия. Взаимодействие с госорганами: подготовка ответов на запросы, сопровождение проверок, консультирование и представление интересов в контролирующих ведомствах. Правовой консалтинг: мониторинг изменений профильного законодательства (машиностроение, промышленность, закупки) и консультирование руководства и сотрудников по правовым вопросам.

Высшее образование по специальности Юриспруденция . Обязателен опыт работы по специальности не менее 3-х лет. Опыт договорной работы по 223-ФЗ, 44-ФЗ, 275-ФЗ со стороны поставщика (исполнителя) не менее 2 лет. Опыт работы в производственных компаниях будет преимуществом. Системный подход к реализации поставленных задач, умение работать с большими объемами информации и расставлять приоритеты.
