Получение (передача) при приеме-сдаче смены информации о состоянии, неполадках в работе оборудования для дробления и измельчения материалов и принятых мерах по их устранению, проверка технического состояния механизмов и узлов дробилок. Проверка технического состояния конструкций загрузочных бункеров, воронок, механизмов и узлов пластинчатых и ленточных питателей, конвейеров, стационарных и инерционных грохотов, пневмо-, гидроклассификаторов и циклонов. Очистка оборудования, уборка пыли и просыпи на рабочих местах отделений дробления и измельчения материалов. Ведение агрегатных журналов и учетной документации на рабочих местах машинистов дробильных и измельчительных установок.

Средне профессиональное образование, профессиональное обучение - программы профессиональной подготовки по профессиям рабочих, программы переподготовки рабочих, программы повышения квалификации рабочих. Стаж работы по специальности не менее 2-х лет (слесарь по ремонту строительно-дорожных машин, слесарь по ремонту специальной техники, оператор дробильно-сортировочной установки). Высшее или среднее техническое профессиональное образование соответствующего направления подготовки (квалификацию инженер механик или техник-механик ). Стаж работы по специальности не менее 3-лет в должности механик или групповой механик по дробильно-сортировочные установки. Необходимые знания и навыки: Принципы работы и устройство сортировочных машин, дробилок, дробильно - сортировочных установок и их оборудования, технологию производства работ. Устройство, конструктивные особенности, схему расположения, принципы действия, правила эксплуатации, технического обслуживания и ремонта дробилок, мельниц и вспомогательного оборудования крупного, среднего и мелкого дробления, крупного и тонкого измельчения материалов. Требования инструкции, порядок и правила технического обслуживания дробильного и измельчительного оборудования. Способы выявления и устранения неисправностей дробильного и измельчительного оборудования; интенсивно изнашивающиеся и требующие проведения оперативных работ по их восстановлению или замене детали и узлы дробильно-измельчительного оборудования. Правила проверки исправности и применения средств индивидуальной защиты.
