The posting

Начальник участка выполняет следующие должностные обязанности: 1. Осуществляет руководство производственно-хозяйственной деятельностью участка. 2. Обеспечивает выполнение производственных заданий, поставленных перед участком, и выпуск продукции согласно установленным планам. 3. Проводит работу по предупреждению брака и следит за соблюдением установленные нормативов качества, предъявляемых к выпускаемой продукции. 4. Организует текущее производственное планирование, учет, составление и своевременное предоставление отчетности о производственной деятельности участка. 5. Обеспечивает технически правильную эксплуатацию оборудования и других основных средств, выполнение графиков их ремонта. 6. Координирует работу мастеров, рабочих участка и других подчиненных сотрудников. 7. Участвует в подборе кадров рабочих и служащих, организует их расстановку на участке. 8. Контролирует соблюдение работниками правил и норм охраны труда и техники безопасности, производственной и трудовой дисциплины, правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. 9. Представляет предложения о поощрении отличившихся работников, наложении дисциплинарных взысканий на нарушителей производственной и трудовой дисциплины, применении при необходимости мер материального-воздействия. 10. Организует работу по повышению квалификации работников участка, проводит воспитательную работу в коллективе.

1. Участвовать в подготовке проектов приказов, инструкций, указаний, а также смет, договоров и других документов, связанных с функционированием участка (участка). 2. Устанавливать служебные обязанности для подчиненных работников. 3. Запрашивать от структурных подразделений предприятия информацию и документы, необходимые для выполнения его должностных обязанностей. 4. Вносить на рассмотрение руководства предложения по совершенствованию работы, связанной с предусмотренными настоящей инструкцией обязанностями. 5. Требовать от руководства предприятия обеспечения организационно-технических условий и оформления установленных документов, необходимых для исполнения должностных обязанностей.
