Разрабатывает основные направления методической работы в учреждении. Осуществляет организационно-педагогическое сопровождение методической деятельности педагогов дополнительного образования: 1) проводит групповые и индивидуальные консультации для педагогов по разработке программ, циклов занятий, досуговых мероприятий и других методических материалов; 2) осуществляет контроль и оценку качества программно-методической документации. Оказывает помощь педагогическим работникам в определении содержания, форм, методов и средств обучения. Обеспечивает методическое сопровождение социально-реабилитационных программ. Осуществляет консультирование сотрудников учреждения по вопросам совершенствования профессионального мастерства, методик проведения различных видов занятий и их методического и материально-технического обеспечения. Участвует в аттестации сотрудников учреждения. Участвует в экспертной комиссии по рецензированию авторских программ. Организует участие специалистов учреждения в конференциях, тематических семинарах, мастер-классах, тренингах, форумах, круглых столах, конкурсах и т.д. по основным направлениям их деятельности. Принимает участие в разработке методических и информационных материалов, диагностике, прогнозировании и планировании подготовки, переподготовки и повышения квалификации специалистов учреждения. Выявляет, изучает, обобщает, распространяет профессиональный положительный опыт и осуществляет его технологизацию. Внедряет в реабилитационный процесс современные формы, методы, технологии социальной работы. Организует и координирует работу методических объединений педагогических работников. Организует и разрабатывает необходимую документацию по проведению конкурсов, выставок и иных мероприятий, проводимых на базе учреждения. Ведет работу по информационному и методическому наполнению официального сайта учреждения, страницы ВКонтакте . 2.15. В рамках выполнения своих трудовых функций исполняет поручения своего непосредственного руководителя. Ведет документацию в соответствии с номенклатурой дел учреждения.
