организовать работу по своевременному и качественному оказанию лечебно-диагностической, экстренной терапевтической помощи вновь поступающим больным и больным, находящимся на лечении в отделениях терапевтического профиля, своевременно и качественно оформлять медицинскую и иную служебную документацию; приступать к дежурству в соответствии с установленным графиком начала дежурства: по стационару с 18-00 до 8-00 в будние дни, с 8-00 до 20-00 и с 20-00 до 8-00 в выходные дни; осуществлять прием дежурства у врача второй смены отделений; соблюдать место дислокации ординаторская терапевтического отделения; при уходе по вызову уведомлять постовую медицинскую сестру терапевтического отделения о своем местонахождении; осуществлять обход отделений соматического профиля (терапевтического, пульмонологического, неврологического, офтальмологического, отоларингологического отделений) с ознакомлением с больными, требующими динамического наблюдения (по спискам, переданным лечащими врачами по постам в отделениях); проводить консультации, назначение или корректировку лечения больных, нуждающихся в экстренной врачебной помощи, в других отделениях соматического профиля, хирургическом и акушерском отделениях; при необходимости организовать дополнительные методы обследования и привлечение консультантов к больным по профилю; осуществлять прием и организацию лечения поступающих по дежурству больных от врача приемного отделения; при госпитализации больного в соматические отделения терапевт приемного отделения уведомляет терапевта стационара и согласовывает ее обоснованность; при возникновении экстраординарных ситуаций (спорные, непрофильные, диагностически неясные) терапевт стационара обязан лично осмотреть больного в приемном отделении и совместно с врачом приемного отделения принять решение; подчиняться заведующему приемным отделением, через которого производится вызов консультантов и решаются другие рабочие вопросы. За врачом-терапевтом стационара закрепляются дополнительно акушерское отделение и отделение патологии беременных; во время отсутствия врача-инфекциониста инфекционного отделения и врача-специалиста отделения паллиативной медицинской помощи в вечернее и ночное время, в выходные и праздничные дни производить осмотр пациентов средней и тяжелой степени тяжести и ведение дневниковых записей и назначений, а также в случае ухудшения состояния; при вызове в закрепленные подразделения вне основной дислокации врача-терапевта (дежуранта) уведомить по телефону другого терапевта о своем уходе; при госпитализации пациента в отделение анестезиологии-реанимации по скорой помощи с нарушением функции жизненно важных органов, минуя приемное отделение, весь комплекс консультационно-диагностических мероприятий осуществляет терапевт стационара. О такой госпитализации уведомляет дежурный терапевт приемного отделения; другое.
